<p>The guide assembly (1) has a primary unit that is rotated around pivot point (DP1) and swung around pivotal axis (SA1) by needle direction wheel (2). A secondary unit is rotated around pivot point (DP2) and swung around pivotal axis (SA2) by needle direction wheel (3). A web material (W) with opposite edges is provided at needle point (NAUF) of needle direction wheel. The spreading value of web material is reduced to aristocracy location by needle direction wheel.
