PURPOSE: An integrated monitoring system of an OBD(On-Board Diagnostics) unit and an image storage device for an inquiry vehicle is provided to connect the OBD unit of a vehicle to a black box, thereby comprehensively monitoring the driving information confirmation device and the black box through a client for inquiry. CONSTITUTION: An OBD unit(110) obtains OBD information in a plurality of inquiry vehicles(100a-100n). An image storage device(130) transmits black box information by recording imaged external images. A remote server(200) receives the black box information from the image storage device through a wireless internet. A inquiry client(300) inquires OBD information of an inquiry vehicle and a history of the black box information.
