PURPOSE: A spacer and a bulb type soil nail using the same are provided to supply the soil nail with excellent bonding strength. CONSTITUTION: A bulb type soil nail comprises a bulb type cable, a grout injecting hose, a clamping band, and a spacer. The bulb type cable is forms with prestressing strand having one or more bulb. The spacer is inserted inside the bulb of the bulb type cable and positions the bulb type cable in center of a perforation hole. The spacer comprises a body(21), a protrusion(26), a first and a second fitting grooves(27,28), and a cutting part(28).
