PURPOSE: A subscriber terminal load selective blockage method and an implementation circuit selective blocking a terminal load of a subscriber according to a predetermined class corresponding to the quality after detecting electricity quality capable of implementing batch transmission are provided to reduce management cost by gradually and selectively blocking a low terminal load only. CONSTITUTION: A cabinet panel terminal load automatic control circuit(320) consists of a part of a cabinet panel(310). An electricity quality judgment unit(321) checks whether a signal of a specific dangerous stage to a broadcasting. A danger classification comparison unit(322) judges which of branch circuits is to be blocked. The judgment is compared with danger classification information per protocol analysis value. A timer(324) is used for time management.
