PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for attaching a member to an FPC are provided to prevent foreign materials by forming a member plate between a top tape and a bottom tape. CONSTITUTION: A member plate separating unit(110) includes a transfer robot. The transfer robot picks up and transfers the member plate supplied to a supply table. A member plate supplying unit(120) transfers and supplies the member plate by successively loading the member plate. A member plate mounting unit(130) includes an X axis driving guide. An FPC pattern transfer unit(140) includes a Y axis driving table.
