FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Radiator assembly comprises central section, first bowl connected with radiator central part bottom end, second bowl connected with radiator central part top end, and radiator frame including top, bottom, left and right plates. Radiator central part is fitted between top and bottom plates by means if first and second bowls. One of said bowls is connected to either top or bottom bowls by flexible joint. Said flexible joint comprises the following parts: spring element arranged between said bowls, spring element holder connected with first or second bowl, spring element holder connected with top or bottom plate. Spring element holder connected to cowls comprises limit ring or several limit elements arranged around short rod to surround spring element peripheral side surface. Method of assembling radiator comprises the following steps: connecting radiator frame bottom plate with left and right frame bottom ends; fitting first spring element in its holder connected with bottom plate by arranging first spring element in limit ring or several limit elements arranged on bottom plate; connecting first bowl with first spring element by holder connected with first bowl; connecting radiator top plate with second bowl, and connecting top plate with left plate top end and right plate top end.EFFECT: decreased vibration in radiator assembly.17 cl, 12 dwg |
