The invention relates to a roll 10 of aluminium foil sheet 12 for cooking. The roll 10 comprises an elongate aluminium foil sheet 12 wound into a roll. The roll 10 comprises a longitudinal axis X, a first end 14 of the roll along the longitudinal axis, and a second end 16 of the roll along the longitudinal axis.
