The pacing lead (20) has main portion (22) that includes hollw tubular sheath and hollow tubular extension (26) traversed from proximal end to distal end by central lumen (28). A proximal end of hollow tubular extension is secured to distal end of main portion. The central lumen is communicated for introducing and sliding of guide wire (30) through central lumen for implantation of lead. The tubular extension has denuded areas that contacts wall of target vein of patient's coronary network for forming network of stimulation electrodes connected together.
