SOLAR POWER PLANT CONSTRUCTED ON THE WATER WITH SAFETY ROPE FOR ANTI SINKING

PURPOSE: A solar power plant constructed on the water with an anti-sinking safety rope is provided to prevent a solar cell assembly from being sunken under the water even if water level is suddenly increased by installing the safety rope and a bypass rope at the middle of a mooring rope. CONSTITUTION: A solar power plant comprises solar cell panels(112), supporting bodies(111), mooring ropes(120), safety ropes(151), and bypass ropes(152). The solar cell panels are supported by the supporting body to be floated on the water. The mooring ropes connect the supporting bodies and the seabed to prevent the supporting bodies from being swept away. The safety ropes have a tensile strength weak than the mooring ropes and are installed in the middle of the mooring ropes. The safety ropes prevent the supporting bodies from being sunken. The bypass ropes connects the mooring ropes while detouring an area where the safety ropes are installed.
