摘要 In a application for stirring liquids or other food objects within a pot or saucepan container or in manufacturing usage containers that which also requires a stirring motion to the ingredients within various spoons or other hand held instruments may be used which require continuous supervision and time to ensure that as in cooking a no boil over occurs in the holding pot/pan(particular in a cooking utensil/saucepan) and in the event of no stirring, burning scorching or damaged ingredients of food for consumption can or may occur resulting in a no use to the end result. In this invention alignment is centralized to a manually operated handle which may be rotated at 360 degrees in clockwise or anti clockwise directions which component part is a fitted unit to the LID of that pot/pan container which contains that which is required to be stirred (all handles/levers can be unscrewed from their affixing to the lid).The shaft/stem has attached to it the paddle or stirring component utensil which is fixed to the stem shaft and can be removable from the stir handle attachment. The stir shaft/ stem is centered and attached into the turn handle which engage together when rotated with the stems stir part utensil set below the surface of the pot/pan container for stirring such liquids or matter such as gravy, soups or stews and other edibles consumed as food or in other industries, such materials which may have other use(s) in having the stir activity movement within that container by the use of a 360 degree turning movement from the turning handle or as a levered action/ which may be of a push down mechanism to engage the shaft/stem utensil to a stir action.
