<p>The engine (1) has a cylinder (2) adjustably receiving a piston (3) and comprising a compression chamber for compacting working gas, and a combustion chamber for burning the working gas. The combustion chamber and the compression chamber comprise same outer contour, and are separated from each other by the piston and connected with one another by a pressure relief channel, where the channel is exclusively closed by the piston. A linear generator (6) is in steering active connection with a controller (11) that controls frequency and/or phase of the piston movement.</p> |
