PURPOSE: A system for providing an advertisement service after a telephone conversation and a method thereof are provided to deliver an optimized advertisement message to each terminal by generating and transmitting the advertisement message based on interesting information posted in a social network service and communication company membership information of a user. CONSTITUTION: A user interface server(13) receives a text message including an membership request for an advertising server and an identifier of the server. An RMS(Request Management System)(14) extracts a keyword and the identifier from the text message received from the user interface server. An information collecting unit(112) collects communication membership information of each terminal user and interesting information posted in a social network service. A user information generating unit(113) generates user information through the analysis of the collected information. An advertisement message generating unit(114) generates an advertisement message proper for the called user information. An advertisement message transmitting unit(115) transmits the advertisement message to each terminal.
