<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head such as a symmetry type recording head having many nozzle arrays, and also, having nozzle array layout to avoid color mixture due to inks adhered onto an orifice plate, to the utmost extent. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Respective nozzle arrays are arranged so that a center line between two nozzle arrays of the same color and the same ejection amount may be separated at a prescribed or longer distance from the whole nozzle arrays. By having the arrangement of two nozzle arrays of the same color and the same ejection amount, respective color nozzle arrays are shifted from any area where the ink most easily adheres, then, the color mixture phenomenon is avoided.
