BACKLGIHT UNIT AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to improve luminous efficiency by using two photorefractive films for plane light. CONSTITUTION: A first photorefractive film(201) is formed between a first and a second light guide plate(160,140). The first photorefractive film refracts the light emitted from a light source(150) to the second light guide plate. A second photorefractive film(203) refracts the light which runs toward the upper part of the second light guide plate. The light source is formed in one side of the first light guide plate.
