FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method to produce an adhesive-screw connection includes drilling a hole, filling the hole with glue, screwing of a working element with external thread and longitudinal process grooves. Prior to screwing of the working bolt into the upper part of the drilled hole for the depth of not more than 30 mm, with formation of a gap, a nozzle is screwed with the external thread with a pitch corresponding to the pitch of the working screw thread, and the inner metric thread, with the diameter that is less than the hole diameter. The hole is filled with glue by at least 1/3 of the hole depth, and hole walls are impregnated for the depth of up to 5 mm under pressure, by screwing of a piston bolt into the nozzle or supply of compressed air into the hole, afterwards the nozzle is removed, and the working screw is screwed into the hole with further filling of the process grooves with glue. The adhesive-screw connection of wooden structures is proposed.EFFECT: provision of improved reliability, strength and rigidity of a connection.2 cl, 3 dwg |
