<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a solar cell electrode, comprising: preparing a semiconductor substrate (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601) having a preformed electrode (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602, 604) on a front side, a back side, or both of the front and the back side of the semiconductor substrate (101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601); applying a conductive paste (103, 203, 303, 403, 503, 605(a), 605(b)) onto the preformed electrode (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602, 604), wherein the conductive paste (103, 203, 303, 403, 503, 605(a), 605(b)) comprises a conductive powder, an amorphous saturated polyester resin with glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or less, and an organic solvent; drying the applied conductive paste (103, 203, 303, 403, 503, 605(a), 605(b)); putting a tab electrode (104, 204, 304, 404, 504, 606(a), 606(b)) on the dried conductive paste (103, 203, 303, 403, 503, 605(a), 605(b)); and soldering the tab electrode (104, 204, 304, 404, 504, 606(a), 606(b)). The conductive paste comprises, based on the total weight of the conductive paste, 40 to 90 weight percent of a conductive powder, 5 to 50 weight percent of a solder and 3 to 20 weight percent of an amorphous saturated polyester resin with Tg of 50°C or less.</p> |
