FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neutralisation of toxic wastes formed in detoxication of soman viscous formula. Toxic wastes are mixed with diesel fuel in amount of 20-35% and water in amount of 12-20% of toxic waste weight at 20-60°C. Note here that water feed interval makes, at least, 10 minutes. After water feed termination, mix is mixed for 15-30 minutes. Formed emulsion is laminated for 1-2 hours into top organic layer to be directed for thermal decontamination in combustion furnace and bottom low-toxicity water-salt layer to be directed for log-term and safe storage.EFFECT: ruled out destruction of combustion furnace lining.3 cl, 1 tbl, 8 ex |
