FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: multilayer composite coating contains a first bottom primer coat with anticorrosion properties which is based on an epoxy resin with target additives. The coating has a second coat composed of 1-2 layers of antifoulding enamel with an insoluble matrix based on a vinyl polymer which is modified by epoxy resin and contains copper (I) oxide as a biocide. The dried (hardened) second coat is covered with a third top coat consisting of at least one layer of sparingly soluble or rapidly dissolving self-polishing paint based on colophony, combined with polytetrafluoroethylene which contains a biocide in form of copper compounds.
