FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a panty product used for incontinence for body discharge collection. A product comprises a front abdominal portion (4) and a back dorsal portion (6) and a perineal portion (8) provided with an absorbent body (7) and one-piece attached to said abdominal (4) and dorsal (6) portions. The perineal portion (8) comprises a fluid-permeable material (62) of a protective layer and a material (84) of a coating layer of a non-woven material. The material (84) of the coating layer or the material (84) of the coating layer and the material (62) of the protective layer in a transversal direction (16) form a projection (66a, 66b) by the related longitudinal edges (46) of the absorbent body (7) provided with a reinforcement agent (200). The agent (200) is provided in the related area (204) overlapping the longitudinal edge (46), i.e. it overlaps the related area (47) of the longitudinal edge of the absorbent body (7). The agent (200) contains a reinforcement coating (202) of weight per unit of area within the range of 1 to 30 g/mand consists thereof with the reinforcement agent placed on an internal side of the material (84) of the coating layer. The invention also refers to a method for making said product.EFFECT: declared product provides a reliable connection of the perineal portion and the abdominal portion and/or of the perineal portion and the dorsal portion without lower comfort of use or the other unfavourable consequences for functional capacities of the product.30 cl, 14 dwg |
