摘要 PURPOSE: An one-body type carbon-ceramic brake disk and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to improve the productivity through reducing post-processes through increasing dimension accuracy after carbonization and densification. CONSTITUTION: An one-body type carbon-ceramic brake disk comprises a main body(K) and a support-guide member(64). The main body comprises a hub portion(61), a first disk portion(62), and a second disk portion(63). The first disk is expanded on the outer circumference of the hub. The second disk is expanded on the outer circumference of the hub with space with the first disk. The support-guide member is located between the first disk portion and the second disk portion. The support-guide member supports the first disk portion and the second disk portion and guides the air flow. Melted silicon is permeated into the main body and support-guide members and the main body and support-guide members are carbonized.
