A method for manufacturing a carbon-ceramic brake disk of the present invention comprises: a first step of forming a first coating film by repeating a plurality of times coating a polyacylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fiber (Cf-pan) with phenolic resin and carbonizing same; a second step of forming a second coating film with poly-silsesquioxane (RSiO3/2) around the first coating film; a third step of heat-processing the Cf-pan formed with the first coating film and the second coating film to transform the ingredient of the first coating film from C to C and SiC, and transforming the ingredient of the second coating film from RSiO3/2 to SiOxCy; a fourth step of preparing a mixture by mixing the first coating film having C and SiC as ingredients, the second coating film having SiOxCy as an ingredient, and phenolic resin; a fifth step of manufacturing a molded body by pouring the mixture into a mold and pressing same with a press; a sixth step of carbonizing the molded body; a seventh step of machine-processing the carbonized molded body; an eighth step of melting silicon and permeating same into the machine-processed molded body; and a ninth step of polishing the molded body which is permeated with silicon. |
