PURPOSE: An SOC(System-On-Chip), an electronic system including the same, and an operating method thereof are provided to improve a QoS(Quality of Service) level by using the urgency of the real time of a master block for scheduling. CONSTITUTION: A bus(180) connects master blocks(210,220,230) with a slave block. The master blocks include buffers(215,225,235) for storing received data or transmitted data through the bus and QoS signal generating units(211,221,231) for generating a QoS signal by using buffer information. The bus includes a bus mediator(181) determining priority for the master blocks over the use of the bus by using the QoS signal. The QoS signal has different values according to an operating mode of a corresponding master block. |
