PURPOSE: A fuel cell generation system is provided to maintain the designed ratio of the fuel gas and air, thereby improving conversion efficiency in a fuel conversion apparatus and the generation efficiency of a fuel generation system. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell generation system comprises a gas supply fan(10) supplying fuel gas; a devulcanizer(20) receiving the fuel gas from the gas supply fan and removing sulfur from the fuel gas; a fuel conversion apparatus(30) receives the fuel gas from the devulcanizer and generating hydrogen by reacting the fuel gas and water; and a heater(40) providing heat for the chemical reaction of the fuel gas and water in the fuel converter.
