<p>PURPOSE: A user input sensing device and an electronic device including the same are provided to selectively supply functions of a track pad by using a partial area of a touch screen as a track pad only when a virtual keyboard is displayed. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit(210) includes a first storage battery and a switch connected with electrode pads, charges and floats the electrode pads by using the switch, and outputs a voltage change corresponding to a voltage signal applied to the first storage battery. A detecting unit(220) outputs a touch detection value based on a difference between voltage changes of touch. A signal processing unit(230) calculates touch coordinates and a touch area by using the touch detection value and moves a pointing cursor on a screen based on the movement of the touch coordinates. A user input sensing device allocates a part of the electrode pads to a track pad area.
