<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device, a display and a lighting device are provided to luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An anode(12) is separated from a cathode(17). A red light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer(14a) and a blue light emitting layer(14c) are formed between the anode and the cathode. A spacer layer(14b) is located between the green and the blue light emitting layer. The thickness of the spacer layer is 3-20 nm.</p> |
