PURPOSE: A biaxial stretched thermoplastic resin film and a manufacturing method thereof, back sheet for a solar cell, and a solar cell module, capable of satisfying dimensional stability and anti-hydrolysis at the same time are provided. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a biaxial stretched thermoplastic resin film comprises a sheet unveiling process, a horizontal stretching process, and a vertical stretching process. The sheet unveiling process performs melt extrusion thermoplastic resin as sheet shape and unveils thermoplastic resin sheet by cooling in a casting drum. The horizontal stretching process stretches film-formed thermoplastic resin sheet to longitudinal direction. The vertical stretching process grips the thermoplastic resin sheet after the horizontal stretching process to scrap paper members(2a - 2l) and vertically stretches to width direction which meets at right angles. |
