PURPOSE: A photographing device, a photographing method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to prevent the execution of photographing operation even though the movement of the photographing operation is detected. CONSTITUTION: When a detecting unit(8) detects the movement of a photographing device(41), a control unit(2) prevents the photographing operation of a photographing unit(1) for release manipulation executed on a touch input unit(61) by a release execution unit. When the detecting unit does not detect the movement of the photographing device, the control unit executes the photographing operation of the photographing unit for release manipulation executed on the touch input unit by the release execution unit.
