The invention provides a coiling-type inductor and a method for manufacturing the same. By using the coiling-type inductor in the utility model, when taking a lead from a core, the lead is avoided from be damaged by corners of the core and a sleeve as far as possible. The inductor (1) is provided with the core coiled with the lead (2) and the sleeve (4) in a square shape. Two export parts on two ends of the lead exported from the core to the external are respectively melted and applied on conductive surfaces having larger widths than an external diameter of the lead. The conductive surfaces are formed respectively on two positions apart from gaps of a lower surface of the sleeve. The two export parts are electrified. Thus, the inductor (1) is formed. A position in a circumferential corner (24) formed by crossing an inner periphery and the lower surface of the sleeve (4) and in an inner side compared with the two conductive surfaces is processed by chamfering at a length larger than the external diameter of the lead (2). Thus, inclined surfaces are formed (20). The lead is connected to the conductive surfaces through the inclined surfaces. |
