PURPOSE: A hydraulic tilting load measuring system is provided to measure and analyze interrelation among the linear length variation of a tilting actuator and the properties of a load applied to the tilting actuator according to the variation of tilting angle. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic tilting load measuring system includes a hydraulic cylinder(110), a detecting means(120), and a monitoring control means(130). The hydraulic cylinder supplies power with hydraulic pressure in order to allow a bogie frame(100) to form tilting angle. The detecting means measures the variation of the tilting angle, and the actuation pressure and the linear length variation of the hydraulic cylinder. The monitoring control means controls the actuation of the hydraulic cylinder by using the variation of the tilting angle, analyzes the properties of a load by using the actuation pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, and analyzes linear displacement by using the linear length variation of the hydraulic cylinder. |
