PURPOSE: A power generator for ships with an organic rankine cycle is provided to generate power for ships by effectively utilizing waste heat of 250 to 350 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A power generator for ships with an organic rankine cycle comprises an organic rankine cycle generator(100), a heat exchanger(200) for collecting waste heat, and a wind power supply unit(300). The organic rankine cycle generator operates a power turbine(11) with a catalyst that the boiling point is lower than water. The heat exchanger for collecting waste heat transfers the waste heat from an exhaust pipe(21) or a chimney to the organic rankine cycle generator. The wind power supply unit is installed in the middle of an passage for air which passes through a return fan(31) placed in an engine room(30).
