摘要 PURPOSE: A glass particle manufacturing method of heat barrier having nanostructure is provided to manufacture heat barrier glass particle of nanostructure which is excellent with thermal insulation and noncombustible by promulgating and powdering the compound of silica gel, boric acid, and liquid glass. CONSTITUTION: A glass particle manufacturing method having nanostructure comprises following steps. Mix silica gel 1-3 weight%, boric acid 1-3 weight% and liquid glass of rest weight% in the room temperature(5-40°C). The mixture of the first step is dried in the room temperature(5-40°C) and pulverized into the size less than 0.01-3mm. The powder of the second step is heat-processed at 300-450°C and discharged. In the first step, silica gel 2 weight%, boric acid 2 weight%, and sodium silicate of rest weight% are mixed in the room temperature(5-40°C). In the third step, the powder of the second step is heat-processed at the temperature of 400°C.
