PURPOSE: A network selection system, network selection method, and mobile system are provided to enable a user to effectively select a network. CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit(110) collects information for RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) and residual bandwidth. A network classification unit(120) classifies the collected network information. A priority computation unit(130) computes a priority value for the classified network signals. A network selection unit(150) selects a network according to the computed priority value.
