PURPOSE: An advertisement providing system for providing an advertisement by using an extension keyword which is extracted from company information and a method thereof are provided to enable an advertiser to maintain a white list and to extend the white list by using an extension keyword, thereby automatically determining a purchasable keyword for each advertiser. CONSTITUTION: An information providing unit(210) collects and provides at least one of information inputted from an advertiser and information included in a site of the advertiser. A keyword extraction unit(220) extracts one or more keywords by using the information. A purchasable keyword determination unit(230) determines a keyword including one or more extracted keywords as a purchasable keyword.
