PURPOSE: An LED headlight functioning as a solar cell is provided to increase energy by storing optical energy for the headlight and components for a vehicle using the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An LED headlight(1) functioning as a solar cell is formed in a right side. A sub battery(2) for optical energy and a basic battery(3) for a vehicle are formed in a left side. The sub battery includes a control unit and is charged with the optical energy to emit light from the LED headlight functioning as the solar cell.
