PURPOSE: A functional composition having prevention and treating effects to cough and phlegm, and functional healthy food using thereof are provided to offer antitussive activity, expectorant activity, and anti-histamine activity of the composition to users. CONSTITUTION: A functional composition having prevention and treating effects to cough and phlegm contains 30-80wt% of glycine max extract, 1-20wt% of platycodon grandiflorum extract, and 0.001-5wt% of mentha arvensis extract. Functional healthy food contains the functional composition, and has the form selected from powder, granules, tablets, capsules, liquid, or beverages. |
