PURPOSE: A jig machine for sewing the uppers of leather is provided to ensure uniform sewing quality without defect. CONSTITUTION: A jig machine for sewing the uppers of leather comprises: a lower jig member having a groove for inserting the leather fabric(100,102); one or more pins which are mounted at the groove of the lower jig member and penetrates the leather fabric; and a upper jig member with a through-hole. A method for forming the uppers of leather comprises: a step of tack welding a plurality of leather fabric; and a step of sewing the leather fabric with automatic equipment. |
