UREA COMPOUNDS WITH THIAZOL GROUP FOR INDUCING DIFFERENTIATION OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS TO ENDOTHELIAL CELLS

PURPOSE: A urea compound is provided to induce differentiation mesenchymal stem cells into vascular endothelial cells. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen, halogen, a nitrogen group, or a C1-12 alkyl group; X is a nitrogen atom or a carbon atom or does not exist; and n is integer of 0-3. A composition for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cell into vascular endothelial cells contains a compound of chemical formula 2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
