PURPOSE: An elastic joint device of a rail is provided to prevent the noise of a driving vehicle and the abrasion of a rail and to present a driver with comfort drive sensation. CONSTITUTION: An elastic joint device of a rail includes a first rail, a second rail(1,2), a joint plate and a fastening unit. The first and the second rail is connectedly installed on a railroad, forms a first and a second slope(11,21) by being cut obliquely and is arranged to be mutually faced. The joint plate is closely contacted to both sides of the first and the second rail and combine by the fastening unit. The first and the second slope forms an absorbing space respectively with the six to eight degrees of an inclination angle and by being arranged with a fixed space.
