The employee's wage rate (10) during the period of time (6) is multiplied by the earned benefit hours (40) to provide a monetary benefit (12). The monetary benefit (12) is added to the employee cash account (2). When the employee uses the cash account (2), at least a portion of the monetary benefit (12) is subtracted from the employee cash account (12). |
