COMMUNICATION METHOD OF A RELAY NODE USING NON-LINEAR HYBRID NETWORK CODING AND DEVICE USING THAT METHOD

PURPOSE: A communication method of a relay node using non-linear hybrid coding and a device using the same are provided to prevent an error generated between communication links. CONSTITUTION: A partitioning unit(1021) partitions constellation points on constellations defined by a first constellation and a second constellation into a plurality of sub sets. The first constellation is used by a first source. The second constellation is used by a second source. A constellation generating unit(1022) adaptively generates a new constellation from the constellations based on features of the sub sets. A network coding unit(1023) performs network coding by using the new constellation. A transmitting unit(1030) transmits a network-coded signal to a first destination and a second destination.
