PURPOSE: A POS(Point-Of-Sale) terminal, an integrated payment device, and a method are provided to directly input real time information based on a workplace state to the POS terminal and to transmit the real time information to each user terminal through a server computer. CONSTITUTION: POS terminals(100) are equipped in a plurality of workplaces. A POS terminal stores real time information based on a workplace state which is inputted by a manager in each workplace. The POS terminal transmits the real time information to an information management server computer(300) through a communication network. A payment server computer(200) processes payment. The information management server computer transmits calculation information, which discount is reflected, to the POS terminal.
