PURPOSE: A voice disaster warning system is provided to minimize damage for humans and physical damage by disaster by accurately recognizing disaster warning. CONSTITUTION: A voice disaster warning system is comprised of a communication provider server(10), a disaster warning server(20), and a mobile phone. The communication provider server provides mobile phone information and user information located inside a specific position. The disaster alarm server transmits a disaster warning message to the mobile phone with one language among multiple languages using the mobile phone information and the user information.
