PURPOSE: A current limiting circuit is provided to calculate a radiated current accurately by controlling the gate, source, drain voltage of a current mirror to become equal. CONSTITUTION: First and second MOS transistors(Mrep,Msw) comprise a current mirror. A first operational amplifier(OP11) compares and amplifies the output of the first and second MOS transistors. A third MOS transistor(M1) outputs a drain output of the first MOS transistor as a feedback signal. A second operational amplifier(OP2) compares and amplifies a reference voltage and applies the reference voltage as a gate common voltage of the first and second MOS transistors.
