PURPOSE: A knife which a plurality of wrinkles is formed is provided to manufacture a metal plate which is thinner than a metal plate no wrinkle by increasing rigidity of longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: A knife which a plurality of wrinkles comprises: a step of forming the wrinkles(41) of a plurality of arched shapes to the longitudinal direction with the knife which is manufactured with a thin metal plate of long rectangular and a step of forming the back of the knife(42) by roundly rolling the metal plate. The wrinkles of the knife which is formed to the longitudinal direction prevent the knife from easily being bent by increasing the rigidity of the longitudinal direction. The back of the knife which is roundly rolled gives function pressing the knife when cutting object which is too hard to cut. The back of the knife additionally prevents the knife from easily being bent by increasing the rigidity of the knife.
