PURPOSE: A practice evaluation table management system for personal success evaluation and a method thereof are provided to evaluate personal success by digitalizing the same. CONSTITUTION: A practice evaluation table management server(120) updates a practice evaluation table by recording practice scores in the practice evaluation table. The practice evaluation table management server calculates a practice result based on the updated practice evaluation table. A user terminal(110) transmits evaluation table setting information and the practice scores to the practice evaluation table management server by receiving the same from a user. The user terminal displays the updated practice evaluation table or the calculated practice result to the user by receiving the same from the practice evaluation table management server.
