PURPOSE: A heating shape and position determining system and method for triangular heating are provided to easily weld a member into a desired shape without buckling by employing triangular heating and line heating at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A heating shape and position determining method for triangular heating comprises the steps of: determining the maximum heating width according to the characteristics of a member(S11), calculating the distribution of the in-plane strain of the member by comparing the initial shape of the member with a desired shape(S12), and setting the maximum heating width as a bottom side and the strain angle obtained from the distribution of in-plane strain as a tip angle to determine the heating shape(S13) for triangular heating. |
