摘要 1,044,671. Cine projectors. K. VOCKENHUBER and R. HAUSER. April 4,1963 [April 4, 1962], No. 13459/63. Heading G2E. A cine projector for sub-standard film has film threading means for the automatic feeding and fastening of the film to the take-up reel 12 comprising a pivoted arm 10 by which the film is led to reel 12, said reel and arm being mounted within the projector housing 1 and being accessible by a pivoted cover 14. The take-up reel may have one flange only and be permanently mounted within the projector. Means are provided which prevent the supply of film to the take-up reel when this is already loaded. Film is guided by channel 9 on the inner side of cover 14 and led to a further film guide in arm 10 whose free end has an extension 19 resting in annular recess 18 of the empty spool core 11 which carries sprocket teeth 17. Pivoted loop formers 22, 25 are coupled through fork 23 and lever 24 and are held in their rest position by spring 26. The operating position is shown in Fig. 4. As key 50 is depressed and locked to start the projector drive, with key 47 set for forward running and switch 46 open, the loop former 22 is urged downwards by engagement at tooth 29 on spring loaded lever 27 with connecting rod 31, so that both members 22, 25 enter the operative position. Shutter 38 covers film gate 6 and switch 39 is closed. Film enters guides 20, is engaged by upper feed sprocket 4, and is led through gate 6 where it is engaged by a claw, (not shown), and passes on to channel 32 over sprocket 5. Pivoted roller 33 is then pressed down by the film whereby, through lever 34 and parts 35 to 37, tooth 29 is lifted from recess 30 in rod 31 so that loop formers 22, 25 are returned to the rest position by spring 26, while shutter 38 rises and switch 39 is opened. The motion of lever 34 closes switch 40 and the motor is therefore not stopped. The film is then led on to core 11 by arm 10 and as groove 18 is covered by the wound on film, arm 10 moves counter clockwise with lever 43 whereby spring-loaded lever 44 moves to the left and film diverter tongue 42 is laid against the film edges until the end of the film passes, when tongue 42 swings counterclockwise to rest against a stop. Roller 33 returns to its initial position as the film end passes, opens switch 40, and, as switch 39 is open, stops the motor; at the same time tooth 29 is laid against rod 31. Cover 14 is removed and the film end is passed round roller 52 and attached to reel 3, when rewind key 47 is pressed closing switch 46 and reversing the motor. Alternatively, the film end may be joined to another film, the loop formers returned by key 53, and the projection continued but with the film passing outside channel 32 over roller 52. When the diameter of film on reel 12 reaches a maximum size, arm 10 stops the motor through switch 45. Powered re-winding is possible by short circuiting switch 45 through switch 46. In another embodiment, in Fig. 6, roller 57 closes switch 60 in the motor circuit when film passes through guide 56. Loop formers 22, 25 are returned to the rest position by the arm 10 and lever 62 acting on rod 63, crank 64, and pin 65 to move lever 27 as soon as extension 19 is lifted out of groove 18. The diverter tongue is replaced by a system in which the position of loop former 22 controls slider 66 through lever 67 and so opens the entry channel 20 only when reel 12 is empty. Reverse winding is obtained by depressing key 72 which sets the drive gear to re-wind whereby roller 68 turns clockwise to drive the film pressed . into driving contact by pinch roller 69. A further embodiment has a separate roller preceding film guide 56 which is actuated by the film to effect replacement of the loop formers through a rod and lever system. The re-wind system of Fig. 6 is included.
