PURPOSE: A closed type water pump with a water hammering preventing structure is provided to prevent damage to a motor by fundamentally blocking the inflow of water into a motor chamber because the motor chamber and a pumping chamber are partitioned by a barrier. CONSTITUTION: A closed type water pump with a water hammering preventing structure comprises a motor(110), an impeller(130), and a housing(140). The impeller is connected to the motor by a rotary shaft(120) to rotate so that fluid can be drawn in and out. In the housing, a motor chamber(141) and a pumping chamber(142) where the impeller is installed are partitioned by a barrier(143) to form an independent space. The rotary shaft comprises a first rotary shaft connected to the motor in the motor chamber; and a second rotary shaft connected to the impeller in the pumping chamber. A magnet block(150) is installed in the first rotary shaft. A fly wheel(160) is installed in the second rotary shaft. The fly wheel is fastened to the magnetic block by magnetic force to maintain the rotational inertia of the rotary shaft, thereby preventing water hammering.
