METHODS FOR FABRICATING LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL USING FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a liquid crystal panel using a flexible substrate and a system thereof are provided to separate liquid crystal from sealant by using a bank. CONSTITUTION: A spacer and a bank are printed on a sheet substrate(SS) by using a print roller(10). A first heat treatment device(20) dries ink on the sheet substrate. A seal dispenser(30) and a liquid crystal coating unit(40) coat liquid crystal and sealing ink on the sheet substrate. The sheet substrate is attached to a second sheet substrate by using a bonding roller(50). A second heating treatment device(70) dries the sealing ink on the sheet substrate.
