PURPOSE: A sway preventing device of a bit during core drilling work using a core drill machine is provided to perforate a structure with an accurate angle by supporting the core drill of the core drill machine not to sway, thereby reducing damage to the bit and thus extending the lifespan of the bit. CONSTITUTION: A sway preventing device of a bit during core drilling work using a core drill machine includes a sway preventing lever. The sway preventing lever comprises an female screw hole(11), a bit fixing shaft(73), a bit fixing cap(74), a connection stick(72), and a steering wheel(71). The female screw hole is mounted at the direction in which the core drill(60) is installed at the lower side of a rat bar(10) of the core drill machine(100). The bit fixing shaft is combined with the female screw hole and moves forward and backward. The bit fixing cap is combined in the front end part of a bit fixing sinker and prevents the sway of the core drill(60) by a ball(76) which is mounted at the inner front end. The connection stick is combined with one end at the back end part of the bit fixing sinker. The steering wheel is combined in the other end of the connection stick. |
